Tecom –a strategic business enabler with 10 business communities within their property portfolio. The creative pitch was for their HQ based in Studio City, Dubai, UAE.

A balance of corporate with playful elements, the design concept was based on the guardrails of success. Strong bold timber forms with a selection of natural and refined industrial materials gave a corporate feel with a hospitality twist.
