Roche – a Swiss multinational healthcare company –12,000 sqft new offices within the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The design echoed the company’s pioneering approach in innovation and its human centric approach to care. Moving staff from the typical cellular office, the layout adopted a neighbourhood desking strategy to allow for an increase in workpoints rather than workstations and accommodating the right balance between shared and individual spaces
