Creative Pitch for Centres and community offices in Dubai, UAE. Changing the perspective on community management offices, the happiness centres design approach was linked back to a sensory experience that explored exploration and resting under a palm tree.

A new approach to community offices - the ingredients centred around technology and innovation - much like an apple store with materials, textures and spatial arrangements suited to a hospitality driven hotel lounge- the spaces welcomed a variety of users - customers, tenants, developers and contractors.
